Phoebe Hailey has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to forming her own marketing firm, Tenacity LLC, Ms. Hailey served as Chief Operating Officer of Cross Creek Capital, a private equity
affiliate of Wasatch Advisors, Inc. Beginning in 2006, Ms. Hailey coordinated Wasatch Advisors’ private equity effort from initial fundraising to the creation of operating processes. Previously at Wasatch Advisors, Ms. Hailey worked as Vice President of Client Relations, where she managed $1 billion-plus of institutional, high-net-worth and third-party client relationships in various small-cap equity products.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Hailey worked as Vice President of Emerging Debt Markets Sales for Goldman Sachs & Co. She was responsible for global client relationships with multibillion-dollar mutual fund advisors, hedge funds, banks and insurance companies.

Ms. Hailey earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University along with the Karl Landegger Honors Certificate in International Business Diplomacy. She received an Executive MBA at the University of Utah, and she has worked with Alpha Partners since 2008.
