Participants learn how to deliver the short version of their firm's story, use examples effectively and handle even the toughest Q&A session with assurance. Our written feedback includes positioning strategy and recommendations on how to improve the presentation book.

MARKET RESEARCH
We conduct research surveys to determine the extent to which a client's self-image jibes with external perceptions. Our research has helped our clients answer questions such as "How can we improve client and consultant relationships?" and "How can we improve our closing ratio in final presentations?" We compare internal perceptions (portfolio managers, research analysts, traders, client service, sales and marketing professionals) with outside views (clients, consultants, prospects and lost prospects) to build a true picture of a company's competitive strengths.
